Entries must be done on the entry template and must be sent to: jobaentries@gmail.com 

Entries close at 24:00 on Tuesday 11 March 2025

  • You will receive a control list of your entries that will be sent to the email address you have filled in on the form. Corrections must be done on the list and sent back within 24 hours to jobaentries@gmail.com.

All checklists should be confirmed and any corrections should be submitted by 18:00 on Thursday 13 March 2025.

No individual entries.
No late entries will be accepted.
Provinces that did not enter, or if the entries are incomplete will not be allowed to participate.

Step 1: Download the Excel Spreadsheet Entry Form. It is available below.
Step 2: Rename the entry form, and use your Province name. (For example: FS Free State Entries)  You can do it like this: After downloading the file, open it in Excel and then select "Save As" and give it a new name.
Step 3: On the first line of the entry form, enter the team manager's details, including your Province name and email address. You will receive the checklist at this email address.
Step 4: Enter athletes' entries on the entry form. ID number and Date of birth should be accurate. 
Each Province must use only one entry form for all their athletes.
Please ensure you only enter athletes for items on the programme for this Champs.
Step 5: Please email your entries to jobaentries@gmail.com

Step 6: When your entries are processed, you will receive a checklist in your supplied email.
Please check on the checklist the correctness of your entries and report any corrections immediately in an email to jobaentries@gmail.com
